Volunteers will receive a $10 per hour refund for their time volunteering. Payment will be tendered in the week following Meadow via Venmo or mailed check.
Most volunteer shift lengths are between 2-4 hours.

We need helping hands in the following areas:
Site Coordinator - This is being the "Responsible Person In Charge" for one during the event; could be daytime, could be nighttime. The site coordinator will be the primary contact point for any major issue during the event. This person will be available and easily identified by anyone in need. The site coordinator will have a radio to contact other volunteer positions and be responsible for contacting and locating those responsible for resolving the issue at hand. This volunteer must remain available, awake, and in a sober state during their 4 hour shift. The site coordinator will be our representative at the front gate to handle any outside issues, such as speaking with law enforcement, uninvited guests, or any other concerns.
Gate / Greeting / Parking - This team of volunteers will welcome guests, check tickets, give out wristbands, and guide people towards a parking attendant. Parking attendants will help point automobiles and RV/Campers to specific parking spots.
Transportation - This person will help guests get oriented and assist them in getting to their spots within designated camping areas. They will have access to a quad and trailer to help transport guests and their stuff to where it needs to go.
Kitchen - This volunteer will help keep the community kitchen area clean by tending to it after general meal times.
Breakdown - Help us break down sites and load tents, sound equipment, etc.
Cleanup - This crew will fine tune and cleanup the property after the event has ended.
Medical Support (On-call only as needed) - Willing and qualified medical personnel will be added to an on-call list available to the Site Coordinator on an as needed basis. By adding your name to the on-call list you will be refunded a portion of your ticket price. (Please contact Nu Habitat to sign up for available medical support shifts)
